Xbox 360 wireless controller name and VID/PID changed

When using GameInput the wireless Xbox 360 controller shows up as PID 0x021a, where it was previously 0x028e. The name is also "Xbox HID Controller", which is not very descriptive.

This causes users to lose their controller customizations in Steam, which keys based on controller VID/PID.
