[Redesign] Rethink lab section groupings on /labs/ index

Description

Labs on the /labs/ index are grouped under sections: Core Learning Path, Intermediate, Advanced, Specialized, Optional, External. The categories overlap and the naming is inconsistent — some are difficulty-based, some are topic-based.

Options to consider:

• Flat list with filters only — remove section groupings entirely, just show all labs with level/duration filter pills
• Simplify sections — fewer, clearer groupings (e.g. by topic area rather than difficulty)
• Keep as-is — the current groupings work well enough

The left sidebar navigation also uses these same groupings, so any change here affects the sidebar too.
