Latest vDevPreview on the CDN does not contain Office Addin properties

Hello,

The Json in the repo for vDevPreview does not match the one on the hosted link. Can someone review and let me know what the issue is.
Most likely v23 is now vDevPreview that is hosted. I could be wrong.
