I feel you losing your streaks. :-/ What do you think, would a warning dialog before revealing help to avoid such things?

You seem to be a real power user looks great! What kind of grids do you play? Is it "all the same all the time"?

I'm loosely planning a rewrite of the statistics. If you have any ideas, feedback, critics, feel free to share. What is good, what is bad?

My premature list:

• Avoid showing only the last 50 games via diagrams.
• Let the user choose which grid variants to show (e.g. "all", "9x9",...)
• Tapping on a diagram will show it full screen.
• Keep Best Times for each grid variant (if feasible)
• I wiil try to not break old statistics, but this sounds unrealistic. I'll try to gather the more detailed info to populate the statistics in parallel to the old one and make the switch.

(btw, I'm happy to get this discussions crowed a bit, don't feel forced to answer each question, every peace of info would help. :-) )

I think having a warning modal on actions that resets the streak would help prevent cases like this, probably with an option to toggle it off, so people who regularly use them don't get annoyed.

Your list of rewrite ideas sounds very promising! The only thing I would change in its current state would be reducing the size of dots in the plot graph, they're a bit hard to see dense areas like in the screenshot. If you plan to change the UI of statistics screen with the rewrite, this might not be relevant though.

I usually play 6x6 with all operators random difficulty, sometimes more difficult ones whenever I feel like it. It's been really fun and addicting, and the QoL features (especially the fast finishing mode) makes it stress free. Thank you for a great app (and making it OSS) 🩵

I just released version 0.45.0, containing both support for a large number of games regarding the screen text fitting and a confirmation dialog before a streak may vanish. It only pops up if there is a streak to loose. I decided against an option for now, future will tell if this bothers some users.
