doesn't works with multi shop's virtual addresses

Hi, thanks for your work,

i have 3 shops
www.myshop.com/ => ok
www.myshop.com/shop2/ => can access but no theme or modules CSS / JS
www.myshop.com/shop3/ => can access but no theme or modules CSS / JS

can you add some configuration for that ?
