🐛 customise the document type code of issue sheets

I think that the Issue Sheet type code should lookup the code from the mapping tables...
...but currently it is hard-coded

hard-coded IS.. .but it should lookup "issue sheet" from the lookup table and give you the abbreviation.

I can't find any lookup data for this. I am assuming we need to create this?

I can see a lookup.json in the bep package but I think that's only for a script.
