📝 Description

When refreshing on a page besides page 1 it will take you back to page 1.

🔄 Reproduction Steps

1. https://sepolia.explorer.zksync.io/address/0x38711eC715A5A32180427792Dc0e97f8E3303071
2. go to another page of transactions
3. refresh page

🤔 Expected Behavior

Stays on whatever page I was on and refreshes

😯 Current Behavior

Takes you back to page 1 after refresh
