Work Log:
- Analyzed 2 uploaded screenshots using VLM to identify issues
- Screenshot 1 showed hero section, Screenshot 2 showed "What we print" cards
- Key issues found: unreadable labels, missing "enterprises" text, hero image too small
- Fixed ServicesGrid card labels: increased font from text-xs to text-sm on mobile, added font-semibold, increased gap, added border, increased padding
- Fixed HeroSection: restructured layout from left-right to centered text-above-image, made hero image full-width and bigger/bolder, fixed "MWC Enterprises" text from text-[10px] to text-xs
- Fixed Header: changed "Get a Quote" CTA from phone link to Link to /contact page, made button more prominent with "Get a Quote Now" text
- Enhanced WhyChooseUs: improved text colors for better readability (gray-500 → gray-600)
- Verified all changes with VLM screenshot audits on desktop and mobile views
- Confirmed: images loading, labels readable, "MWC Enterprises" visible, hero image large and bold
- Production build successful

Stage Summary:
- Hero section now centered layout with text above, full-width image below
- "MWC Enterprises" text is now readable (text-xs instead of text-[10px])
- Service card labels are larger (text-sm on mobile, text-xs on desktop), bolder (font-semibold), with borders
- Header "Get a Quote" button now links to /contact page instead of phone call
- All fixes verified via VLM audit of screenshots
- Build passes cleanly

  • Returned hero to side-by-side layout (image on top/right, text below/left) — original layout
  • Shrunk "Call Now" badge: rounded-lg, p-2, w-7h-7 icon, text-xs number, compact footprint
  • Shrunk "Since 1997" badge: rounded-lg, p-2, w-7h-7 icon, text-[10px] "MWC Enterprises", compact
  • Added backdrop-blur-sm to badges for cleaner look over image
  • Hero CTA buttons reduced from h-14 to h-12, px-6 (more proportionate)
  • Trust badges reduced: w-9h-9 icon, text-xs title, text-[10px] subtext
  • Upgrade #2 ServicesGrid: uniform tag sizing (text-xs on all breakpoints), compact padding
  • Upgrade #3 StatsSection: added vertical dividers between stats, compact icon sizing (w-10h-10), reduced text sizes
  • Upgrade #4 WhyChooseUs: replaced continuous rotation with hover-rotate icon, reduced icon to w-14h-14, smaller stat display (text-5xl/6xl/7xl)

FIX 1: WhyChooseUs — Undo Compact Icons, Restore Larger Sizes with Continuous Hover Rotate

  • Icon container restored from w-14 h-14 to w-20 h-20
  • Icon size restored from h-7 w-7 to h-10 w-10
  • Added rotating dashed ring decoration around icon (infinite rotation, 25s)
  • Added continuous idle icon rotation (infinite rotation, 8s per revolution)
  • Kept whileHover scale 1.1 and whileTap scale 0.9 with spring transition
  • Card padding increased from p-5 sm:p-6 to p-6 sm:p-8

FIX 2: HeroSection — Fix Missing "Enterprises" Text & Make Image Bigger/Bolder/Semi-Centered

  • "MWC Enterprises" text changed from text-[10px] to text-[11px] sm:text-xs with whitespace-nowrap
  • "Since 1997" text changed from text-xs to text-xs sm:text-sm
  • RotatingText container changed from fixed widths (w-[250px] etc) to min-widths (min-w-[250px] etc) for better text fitting
  • Hero layout gap changed from gap-8 lg:gap-10 xl:gap-14 to gap-6 lg:gap-12
  • Hero padding changed from py-12 lg:py-20 to py-8 lg:py-16
  • Text column simplified to lg:px-8 with lg:max-w-xl
  • Image column changed from lg:flex-1 to lg:flex-[1.3] for more prominence
  • Image container simplified from edge-stretching to lg:px-6
  • Decorative shape behind image enlarged from -inset-3 to -inset-4 with scale-105
  • Image shadow intensified from shadow-green-900/10 to shadow-green-900/15 with hover:shadow-3xl transition

Upgrade 1: Hero Section — Enhanced Parallax & Particle Effects

  • Added useScroll/useTransform for parallax scroll effect
  • Main hero content wrapped in motion.div with parallax y-offset and opacity fade
  • Particle dots enhanced from 3-6 to 4-8 particles
  • Particles now have varied sizes (2-4px) and alternating green/amber colors
  • Animation parameters enhanced with more variety (duration 3+i0.7, delay i0.4)

Upgrade 2: ServicesGrid — Enhanced Card Hover

  • Card hover enhanced with hover:shadow-2xl hover:shadow-green-900/10
  • Tag labels changed from text-xs to text-sm for readability
  • Tag padding changed from px-2.5 py-1 to px-3 py-1.5
  • Tag gap changed from gap-1.5 sm:gap-2 to gap-2
  • Tag whileHover y-lift changed from -1 to -2, scale from 1.06 to 1.08
  • Tag animation delay changed from 0.4+i0.05 to 0.5+i0.06

Upgrade 3: StatsSection — Pulse Ring & Enhanced Counter

  • Icon container changed from w-10 h-10 rounded-lg to w-12 h-12 rounded-xl
  • Icon size changed from h-5 w-5 to h-6 w-6
  • Added pulse ring animation behind icon (scale [1,2], opacity [0.3,0], 2s cycle)
  • Staggered pulse ring delays per stat (index * 0.3)

Upgrade 4: ProcessSection — Enhanced Glow on Connecting Line

  • Added glowing pulse that travels along the connecting line
  • Traveling pulse uses gradient from-transparent via-white/60 to-transparent
  • Pulse animates from -10% to 110% with opacity [0,1,1,0], 3s duration, infinite repeat with 2s delay
  • Step icon container enlarged from w-20 h-20 to w-24 h-24
  • Step icon size enlarged from h-8 w-8 to h-10 w-10

Upgrade 5: FAQ — Enhanced Accordion with Elastic Spring

  • Accordion animation changed from ease curve to spring physics
  • Added scale property: initial 0.98, animate 1, exit 0.98
  • Transition changed from duration 0.35 ease to duration 0.4 type spring stiffness 300 damping 25
  • Number badge rotation enhanced: scale 1.05 → 1.1, damping 15 → 12, duration 0.5 → 0.6

Upgrade 6: Testimonials — Enhanced Card Transition with 3D Perspective

  • Carousel variants enhanced with larger travel distance (300 → 400)
  • Blur increased from 8px to 12px
  • Scale reduced from 0.95 to 0.9 for more dramatic transition
  • Added rotateY: dir > 0 ? 15 : -15 for 3D perspective effect
  • Added style={{ perspective: 1200 }} to AnimatePresence parent div

Upgrade 7: CTA Section — Particle Burst & Magnetic Enhancement

  • Added pulsing glow circle decoration (scale [1,1.3,1], opacity [0.05,0.15,0.05], 4s)
  • "Get a Quote Now" button enhanced with hover:scale-105

Upgrade 8: Header — Scroll Morph Enhancement + Progress Bar

  • Scrolled header now has shadow-lg shadow-green-900/5 and backdrop-blur-xl
  • Non-scrolled header now has backdrop-blur-sm
  • Desktop CTA button enhanced with hover-glow-amber class
  • Added scroll progress bar at bottom of header
  • Progress bar uses useScroll/useTransform/useSpring for smooth tracking
  • Gradient from brand-green to brand-amber

Upgrade 9: Footer — Staggered Reveal on Scroll

  • Added useInView import from framer-motion and useRef from react
  • All 4 footer columns wrapped in motion.div with staggered whileInView reveal
  • Each column animates from opacity 0 y 30 to opacity 1 y 0
  • Delays staggered: 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 seconds
  • Uses once: true and margin: -50px for efficient triggering

Upgrade 10: ClientLogoMarquee — Continuous Icon Rotation

  • Industry card icon changed from hover-rotate to continuous idle rotation
  • Icon now rotates continuously at 10s per revolution
  • whileHover changed to scale + background-color change only (spring transition)
  • Added overflow-hidden to container for clean rotation

Additional: CustomCTACard Enhancement

  • Added rotating square decoration (y oscillation + 360° rotation, 12s linear)

Stage Summary:

  • 4 fixes applied: WhyChooseUs icon sizes, HeroSection enterprises text + image size, ServicesGrid label readability, CTA button visibility
  • 10 animation upgrades applied across all major sections
  • 2 additional enhancements for ClientLogoMarquee and CustomCTACard
  • All changes compile successfully with no new lint errors
  • Pre-existing lint errors remain (react-hooks/set-state-in-effect in Header and animations)
