[This check](https://github.com/mapping-commons/mh_mapping_initiative/blob/master/Makefile#L22) does not catch that `mapping_set_id` for each example in [`mappings` directoy](https://github.com/mapping-commons/mh_mapping_initiative/tree/master/mappings) does not conform to the [specification of this slot](https://mapping-commons.github.io/sssom/mapping_set_id/): plain strings such as `hp_doid_pistoia` are no valid URIs.
This check does not catch that
