Feature request: boa revert

I came across #388 and wanted to try pure conda build.

I previous used boa convert meta.yaml -> receipe.yaml with my conda build recipe. It would be good to have a boa revert receipe.yaml -> meta.yaml to make it easier to move the boa build recipe back to a conda build recipe for testing.
