RT1011 Nano Kit fails to enumerate

I'm getting the following issue with the RT1011 nano. (see linux dmesg below) Things I've tried:

1. Tried on windows
2. Tried on linux
3. a bunch of different cables
4. pressing reset twice to bring up uf2
5. I have two RT1011 nanos - tried them both

Despite all the above combinations, these don't seem to work. What do you suggest?

Update:
I can get it working if it's hooked up through a usb hub. Perhaps it's drawing too much power?

Could you try to follow the steps below to see if the USB works at BOOTROM mode?

• Follow the SPSDK Installation Guide to install NXP SPSDK.
• Enter the BOOTROM by holding the USR/BT button and plugging your board into the USB port of your computer
• Run nxpdevscan command to see if a new USB device named SE Blank RT Family can be detected by your computer.
