Hi Team,
Whenever a provider trunk is down and a user try to make a call it got failed and could not reach to the Dial function. This call also does not get logged on the failed CDRs. Hence it has no record on the frontend GUI. It suppose to be a failed call due to channel unavailable and must appear in failed CDRs.
