Hey! In the hosted Cloudlog service, the base URL (subdomain) is set when you create the account and can't be changed later through the UI. If you've updated your callsign in the account settings, that only changes your displayed callsign inside the app, not the URL. Your options:
For the official hosted service, I'm afraid the subdomain is static after creation. You might reach out to the Cloudlog admin to see if they can manually remap it, but that's at their discretion. Hope that helps, and 73! |

Is it possible to change the base URL on the hosted version after changing your callsign?
I've just got my Full callsign and have updated my username, etc., in the account area, but the base URL still shows the intermediate callsign I used to sign up with.
I've had a look in various places, but can't see where it would be changed.
