How do we handle embedded / associated binaries?

These are useful for:

• UI tests: Needs some sort of integration with cargo-apple-runner, because we need to include XCTest.framework and XCUIAutomation.framework in the bundle.
• App Extensions.
• PlugIns.
• Frameworks and dynamic libraries (see Support dylib #6).

Might probably need a cargo-ios subcommand for that?

Might need a custom test harness for UI testing? We definitely need something that runs tests on the main thread.
