Multiboot with Windows 11 Machine ?

Hello, i kept wondering if this would work on already running Windows machine because i want to install macOS beside Windows. I follow the UnPlugged instruction on creating the USB Installation up to the Recovery Environment Steps and i couldn't understand with steps 3 which is Formatting the whole Drive not the Volume to APFS on Disk Utility (i assumed it is after booted up to the installation part). The situation right now is my Windows is on M.2 Drive, and i have prepare a partition for macOS on the other SSD drive. Is there anyway to make it possible ? Thank You and great work btw, this is really skipping a bunch of steps from Dortania's Guide.
