split out bin and test into separate packages

RATIONALE:

• some test/demo packages contain tons of media (eg. svg parser, etc.)
• binaries and C sources can be big and they screw with the git history of the binding (they're really different software so they shouldn't share the history)

TODO: after the splitting, modify luapower to consider all foo-* packages as implicit dependencies to foo.
