Re-implemented SMF parser #65
Description
As Octavia gets more and more features, it's becoming evident that colxi/midi-parser is no longer up to the task. An entirely rewritten SMF parser is thus required for Octavia to properly support certain features, including but not limited to Yamaha XF support.
