Add Toggle for Pounds (lbs) vs Kg

Hi there!

Thanks so much for your hard work on this app! It works great and I really enjoy that the scale I use happens to have much of the same data. The one request I would like to make is a toggle to input pounds instead of kilograms in the Garmin Form. I understand why Kg is being used, but for us American friends, it would be great to not have to convert everything manually before manually filling out the file.
