Document how this plugin handles nested tasks and other nested items

It would be helpful if the documentation could explain what happens in scenarios like:

• There are nested tasks, not all of which are complete
• Multi-line tasks

Let me know if you need Markdown examples of those, and I’ll add them when I am on a computer.
