Configure VADJ according to the FMC FRU information

In the current state, the firmware has a hard-coded VADJ level (2.5V) upon payload initialization.
This configuration should ideally be read from the FMC FRU information storage (EEPROM), which contains all power supplies voltages and tolerances descriptions.

We've came across this issue while working on the next revision of AFCZ. It seems that this may be crucial in some cases and may even prevent carrier damage.
