good day, we installed this on litespeed servers, and was running php7.4 initially, it allowed me to login, but all menu options were giiving us json errors, so we changed it to php 8.1, this resolved the json errors, we ran the config test and it checked out all ok after this, however it seems that the system is not reading the emails from the mailbox and importing them, we are not seeing errors in the php logs.

can you advise us what we can do to check to see what is going on, this is running on a direct admin reseller account, we dont have full access to the server, but we can ask them to maybe check things if need be.

im not wondering if its to do with the xml files received from google, ie if itt doesnt have the required fields that it needs, these are all ddmarc aggregate reports from google, outlook.com, microsoft etc

I installed the version on github, I installed the sw on the webserver, initialized the db, edited the config with all our db server and email details. I ran the check config and it picks up the email account, and if I gointo the admin part it shows the email account is there, but idf I try and import the files I received from google etc it does absolutely nothing, I also added the dommains in that the reports were about, same nothing imports. This may happen when the reports are marked as read. Mark them as unread and try again.

It see the mailbox and the mail count fine. Aha ok I replyliws bt email i embedded the image in rhe mail i will upload the image via git. When the script sees your unread emails, it must attempt to import them. If unsuccessful, it must report this in the log. Which import methods did you try: the fetch_reports.php script or the web interface? What exactly did you change in the configuration file?

Ok, so I downloaded the files, uploaded it to the webserver, I edited the db details, and I edited the email details. In that case, the only thing I can assume for now is that your provider has limited the operation of IMAP for PHP scripts. To say for sure, it is needed to have access to the mailbox.
