Dragged piece target - Large Plus or something

This is a screenshot from DroidFish. If you ever use this app, you know it highlights the dragged piece with a big plus sign.

Something like that would be helpful in the Lichess mobile app.

@veloce Hey, I started working on that and wanted to add it as a new "crosshair/plus" option to the dragged piece target but quickly found that the DragTargetKind enum and the rendering logic are inside the chessground package so to add a new crosshair/plus option it would require changes in both chessground and mobile. The change itself isn't huge but since it touches chessground too Im not sure if its something worth pursuing, what do you think?
