Port for libnx switch retroach

Hey, I wanted to port this core to the Switch, in this case to the Retroarch Switch in .nro format.

My programming skills are low, so I'm treating this as a learning experience as well.

Do you have any specific tips for this build? I'm trying and struggling, haha.
