Compatibility with Sequoia

It looks like there's an issue with macOS Sequoia, the OTEL monitoring is not working as expected. As a consequence, tasks are not being dispatched to the inbox, and tasks are not automatically dequeued by agents.
I'm personally working on Tahoe, help with this issue would be awesome!
