Undefined constant CURL_LOCK_DATA_CONNECT

There is problem with older curl 7.29.0:

Undefined constant "JiraRestApi\CURL_LOCK_DATA_CONNECT" on JiraClient.php:177

Maybe minimal version of curl should be checked? Or missing new constants defined?
