Hi @willgearty @Oval17 @Dhirenderchoudhary My name is Abhay Pandey and currently I’m a pursuing B.tech CSE (AI/ML) from India. I’m interested to apply for Google Summer of Code 2026 with Learning Unlimited. I have experience in Full-Stack Java development , python and c language. I’m new to this codebase, but I’m excited and would really like to contribute long term and learning from the community to get associated with this org. I’m especially interested in gaining practical knowledge and experience working long term in this open source projects. I’ll start by setting up the project locally and picking a beginner and intermediate-friendly issue to work on. I’d really appreciate any guidance on good first issues or areas where I can start contributing. Looking forward to working with you all. |

Hi @willgearty 👋 My name is Esino Mukete, a computer engineering student from Cameroon. I’m very interested in contributing to Learning Unlimited and applying for Google Summer of Code 2026 with this organization. I was particularly excited to see the project on the New Module Management UI, as I’m interested in web development and improving user interfaces. I would love to contribute to this project and learn more about the codebase. I’m currently setting up the project locally and reviewing the repository to better understand how the system works. Could you please suggest any beginner-friendly issues or specific areas related to the Module Management UI where I could start contributing? Thank you for your time, and I’m looking forward to learning from and contributing to the community. |

Hi @willgearty @milescalabresi
I know its way too early for me to ask, but this is general question I wanted to ask.
What are requirements to become part of the org as a member.
I would really like to contribute long term and get associated with this org.
Thanks
