Data Ingest, Access, and Query via a native Unix command through a loadable modulefile

Provide native unix tools with a generic HPC modulefile system in place to 'module load dsi' and the perform a 'dsi ingest /my/data/location/ mydatabase' to create a DSI Database using default abstractions through a linux/unix command terminal.
Commands such as 'dsi sync mydatabase' should update local database with the latest version of a remote db location abstracted from the user, and a 'dsi query mydatabase CustomQuery' should return a command-line result of the 'CustomQuery'.
