How to address spillover in phenotyping. #126

Dear @ajitjohnson,
I am trying to phenotype some immune cells that are very close to each other.
In the figure below, you can see that the cells with yellow points are above the threshold for CD4, however many B cells (CD20 in Magenta) are clearly also been labelled as positive for CD4.
Ideally, there is a way to setup the phenotype matrix that would prioritize the more accurate of two markers, CD20 in this case. Any tips ?
Here CD4 is green and CD20 magenta, with points for CD4+ cells.
