Update the "setup.py.template" to support tests tags #293
Description
Today, the "setup.py.template" does not support the use of test decorator (unit, integration and e2e) and there are no templates to create directories 'unit' and 'integration' inside 'tests' dir. The creation of NApps must support this features as any other repository in kytos support.
