The current configuration process may be intimidating for beginners or users who are new to the tool. To improve accessibility and ease of use, this issue proposes the creation of a beginner-friendly configuration file. This simplified file will include only the most essential settings, each accompanied by clear and concise comments explaining their purpose.

Additionally, the configuration options will be linked to step-by-step instructions on providing users with a clear path to securing their setup locally on windows. This improvement aims to reduce the learning curve for new users, ensuring a smoother and more successful initial setup experience.

Goals:

1. Create a simplified configuration file targeted at beginners.
2. Include clear comments within the configuration file to explain each setting.
3. Provide detailed instructions for installing a certificate at the end of the configuration process.
4. Update the documentation to guide users through these new options.

also, we have Docker and Docker Compose pre-made instructions, is that not enough? We don't expect people to install and configure the database locally for development and education.

When I mentioned 'the tool,’ I was referring to EventStore. Sorry for the confusion. "The current configuration process may be intimidating for beginners or users who are new to EventStore."

Regarding the GitHub issue, I created it on behalf of my colleague, and at the time, it made sense due to certain circumstances. However, I understand now that it may not be the most appropriate solution where we already have Docker and Docker Compose pre-made instructions.
