v1.12.3 support for EKS 1.33

We have a plan to upgrade EKS from 1.32 to 1.33, is there any chance  v1.12.3 of ingress will support for 1.33 of EKS version as we dont want to upgrade it as we will move away from ingress soon

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If Ingress contributors determines this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
