Instrument Gateway API's webpage with GA4 #4626

What would you like to be added:
This is the general issue to track the progress on instrumenting our website with GA4. Currently, lots of k8s project support it already. This should allow to monitor general engagement on our docs but also set some custom metrics to understand user needs
Why this is needed:
To understand Gateway API customers better. For example, this can come handy in conjunction with Controller Wizard (#4584 ) to see what features migrating (or new) customers are interested in.
I'll update this Issue as I process for the detailed artifacts needed for the migration to complete.
