Moving pkg/epp/datalayer/fake.go to pkg/epp/framework/plugins/datalayer/source #2426
Description
The current location of fake.go places a test or mock-oriented implementation within the core datalayer package.
We need to move this to better location.
- Change the name "fake".
- Move to new folder plugins/datalayer/source/mocks
