Add back support to use regex to filter tables when adding SQL Server as a sink

This feature is required to support using custom primary keys on the destination.

The regex should filter on existing tables.

Another solution is to allow:

INSERT INTO mytable WITH (CustomPrimaryKeys = "mykey1,mykey2")

or similar to allow custom overrides on settings for a specific table using WITH.

Issue with this is at the moment the sql parser does not allow special data types in the with,

Another solution is to have:

connectorManager.AddRegexpFilter("regexpFilter", mngr => {
  mngr.AddSqlServerSink(...);
});

This would allow regexp filtering on any connector and not just sql server
