Frontend: update build assets and deep-sleep UI

Update frontend build output and UI logic. Renamed/rebuilt dist assets (new hashed bundles and yaml-engine), updated index.html and many frontend sources. Add Deep Sleep Options UI (HA stay-awake switch, entity ID input, firmware flash guard) and remove inline onchange handlers in radio inputs in app-shell. Update various core / io / ui scripts, add parser/test output files and tests, and adjust backend model (models.py) to support the new settings. Small refactors and dependency path updates to align with the new build.
