Option to skip non-existing files

Lower priority feature request. I sometimes want to delete files as they are uploaded, or to start uploading before all the files in my metadata.csv are ready, but I can't because then the script dies. It would be nice to be able to ignore missing files so that I don't have to edit the csv every time.
