Option to overwrite metadata for items #3
Description
The metadata.csv is a very handy way to create items with all necessary metadata. Sometimes I have to correct mistakes on a lot of files and it would be nice to be able to use ias3upload for this.
I know that http://www.archive.org/help/abouts3.txt suggests some curl commands for that but they never worked for me and they can't be as handy as a nice csv anyway.
