Goal
Publish official Docker image to ghcr.io/knarrnet/knarr.
Scope
- Dockerfile (Python 3.11-slim base, pip install, expose ports)
- docker-compose.yml for multi-node local testing
- CI workflow to build and push on release tag

Backlog O-016. Currently all deployments are manual pip install + systemd.
