Expo Go support

This library is awesome. I've just migrated our modals from Gluestack UI to be using this library and it went very quickly. Now we can use React.Context easily across our app, no matter whether a screen uses a modal or not.

FYI I've submitted a feature request to Expo Go so that they bake that into the default Expo Go client: https://expo.canny.io/feature-requests/p/support-react-native-teleport .
