LAS 2.0 file badly read probably due to date curve format

lasio output curve dataframe the curve headers are assigned to incorrect curve
Date column is not read properly and is clearly cause of the header shift

To Reproduce
See uploaded script and dummy example file based on real case.
Put both in same folder and run the py file

Expected behavior
No header shift
If possible date column extracted properly
