issue-detail: "next checkout" after "last seen"

Odds are that issues tend to happen for a single tree. So between https://github.com/kernelci/dashboard/issues/1956 and https://github.com/kernelci/dashboard/issues/1957 we could just take the checkout from "last seen" and show "next checkout", without handling it "per-tree"
