Dry Filament Rack with Prusa Slicer Support

I don't see the source files here, so maybe I'm posting this in wrong place (hence a Discussion and not an Issue as well).

I don't have a Bambu printer, and Bambu Studio doesn't support my printer. As a result, I use Prusa Slicer. Unfortunately, the 3mf files on Maker World fail to open in Prusa Slicer for the Dry Filament Rack. The step file imports as a single object, which obviously won't print right either.

The core parts exist on printables.com, but not the Dry Filament Rack.

Hey,

You don't see the Dry Filament Rack sources here, as they are exclusively on Makerworld.
However, the original "source" of the model is a Fusion 360 file, which you can download from there (see screenshot)

From it you can export ANY format fitting your personal slicer.
You need Fusion360 for that which is free for personal use.

I wonder why the step files are a single object. Isn't there an Option "Split to objects" in your slicer?

About the Dry Filament Rack not being on Printables: That is intentional as all models besides the core are exclusively on Makerworld (give me better rewards and visibility, ergo finances this hobby 🤑 ).

You need Fusion360 for that which is free for personal use.

Unfortunately for me it only works on Windows or Mac, and I run Linux. There's maybe a workaround I can try, however. Next weekend :D

I used to use Fusion before switching to FreeCAD, so I should be able to get a good export if I get it running.

Normally I do get that prompt, but weirdly not with these files.
