Printing in PETG

I first printed this out in PLA and it works great. Then I printed it out in PETG and the pieces now have to be forced into place. And the pins are too large to fit into the holes.

I'm relatively new to 3D printing so it's possible I'm the problem. But I am using a Bambu P1S and the Bambu slicer. The only difference between the two prints is I used the Bambu PLA presets for the first print and the Bambu PETG presets for the second.

I only verified it working with PLA (different flavors) and ABS.

Question though: What do you mean by "presets"?
It should normally be enough to change the filament in the slicer without changing anything else.
Also one tip: Did you do a filament flow calibration (checkbox before actually sending the printing task)? First time I printed ABS it came out horribly and nothing would fit. After the calibration everything was fine.

Printing in PETG worked fine for me. Probably something wrong with your printer settings or filament.
Printed with Bambulab PETG-HF and Sunlu PETG, both printed ok.
