Taskwarrior theme colors not applying

Describe the bug

I copied the solarized-dark-256.theme into taskrc, but the colors didn’t change:

• taskwarrior-tui version: taskwarrior-tui 0.26.4
• task version: 3.4.1

My guess is something to do with ratatui (or our usage of it) is the culprit
