peers list not updating last heard time

Just noticed that the peers list is not updating the Last Heard time, instead displaying the Connect Time in that column.

Not sure if this is a bug in mrefd logging caused by my refactor of the log file, or a bug in the gomrefdash code.

Looking at the M17-M17 reflector's mrefd.log, and using peer M17-202 (a known live peer with some activity), shows that the log is only reporting the connect time for both connect and last heard. I will need to take a look at the mrefd code to see if there's a bug I may have unintentionally created.
