Kaspawallet: add a kaspawallet database

This can be used to store transaction history, and perhaps kaspa addresses for instant sync. Ideally the database should be encrypted with the keyfile's public key, cipher, or a new addition to the keyfile. The idea is that only those with access to the keyfile may read the contents of the database for privacy reasons.
