Angle of turn of the wheels

Two problems: something seems wrong with the angle of turn of the wheels - it is always equally small, at any speed. Better if on slow speed it will be greater, to turn around at low speed after accidents

And also need reverse gear, otherwise, having rested against an obstacle with the hood, it is impossible to go anywhere

I don’t remember how the wheels work anymore, but the car should go into reverse if you brake for long enough.
