Not tracking 2010-2012 archive

We're no longer tracking the 2010-2012 archive since the URL changed. Start tracking it at https://compranetinfo.funcionpublica.gob.mx/descargas/cnet/Contratos2010_2012.zip. This archive hasn't changed since Sept 30, 2016 but might as well track it in case it is modified in the future.
