Integration with DokuWiki #1996

Use Case/Motivation
I have just discovered jrnl and it ticks so many boxes for what I want in a daily journal program that I am almost certainly going to start using it.
My first glance through the documentation suggests that it might integrate with my existing DokuWiki journal pages quite nicely. I have the DokuWiki pages arranged in a YYYY/MM/DD.txt hierarchy and that would seem to be the same as jrnl uses in folder format.
Has anyone else done anything like this?
This is a sort of enhancement request but if it should be something else I'm quite happy for it to be moved.
Example Usage
This doesn't really have any actual new commands, I suppose there might be some configuration additions.
