suggestion / template for toTex missing functions and constants

Hello, here is my 2cts attempt for missing toTex :

Thanks for sharing @nycos62 ! Anyone able to put these improvements in a PR?

We an add tex definitions for these functions in the file /src/utils/latex.js and add a unit test for each of them.
